Miller Horticultural will host a special half-day OPEN HOUSE at their Vaneventer wholesale warehouse for the membership of the Hort Co-op of Metro St. Louis. Miller Horticultural is a wholesale supplier to garden retailers for pottery, iron work, garden decor and gift accessories. Normally they sell only to resellers and landscapers making larger purchases.   

General rules:

Cash or check – no credit card – ID required for checks. When possible they will break cases and allow less than case. Plan on loading yourself or with the help of other Hort Co-op colleagues. Larger orders can be picked up on another day. If you are sales tax exempt bring a copy you can leave.  Remember you must pay sales tax if you are buying for your personal use. Regardless if you are tax exempt. Most pottery is sold in full sets.  A limited number of singles pots will be available. 

Plan your trip before you come 1058 S. Vandeventer – This warehouse can be very difficult to find.  The building looks like an abandoned warehouse (the front of building is empty – Miller Horticultural is in the back). Yellow signs are located on the roof indicating "INDUSTRIAL SPACE FOR RENT".  Located on the right side of building is a driveway that leads to the back. Since parking is quite limited in back, consider paring in a spot along the fence or along the street out front. The neighbor to the north is a U Storage faculty. The neighbor on the south side is a security company with a parking lot full of police-like autos.  The driveway is narrow and easy to miss. 

Dress appropriately since the warehouse is not heated.  Pottery is stored outside. Only one bathroom is available.

Directions for I-64 east bound: Exit Vandeventer, right onto Vandeventer and continue .3 miles. Cross over Manchester and the driveway is along the 3^rd building on left after Manchester.

Directions from I-64 west bound: Exit Forest Park Parkway and continue 1-2 miles.   Left onto Vandeventer and continue 2 miles. Cross over Manchester and the driveway is along the 3^rd building on left.

Directions from I-44: Exit Vandeventer and turn north (towards SLU), continue 1 mile. Turn right into the driveway just after National Pager.
