Bill will present "Sustainable Perennials for the Sustainable Urban Landscape" on Monday, October 14, 2013, 7:30pm.  The presentation will include:

• An overview of perennials to include new selections that are landscape worthy, both native and non-native.
• Examples of the use of perennials in various landscape settings (residential and commercial), both successfully and unsuccessfully.
• Examples of how non-native perennials can be used with native selections in various landscape settings.
• What is going on in the St. Louis Gateway region concerning rain gardens, storm water management, etc.
• Perennial resources available to the home gardener.
